Step 1: Intial Video Call with Our Designer
Begin with a call with our designer and your initial design deposit of $2,500. This is where your vision takes shape. While you can start from scratch, we recommend starting with one of our 8 plans, or a plan idea you've picked from other sources!
Step 2: Design Reveal & Updates
We’ll present your initial design during a dedicated design video call. You’ll have the opportunity to share feedback and request changes.
Step 3: Refine & Finalize
You may make up to three revisions to perfect your plans. Once finalized, the remaining $2,500 balance is due. At this stage, your design plans are ready for builder bidding and may be converted into additional construction plans by your builder. EMAIL US TODAY to get started!
