These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thebarndobros.com and any related tools, estimators, or design features (collectively, the “Services”) operated by The Barndo Bros (“Barndo Bros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

What We Provide

Barndo Bros provides custom barndominium design, engineered steel shell kits, and shell erection. We are not a general contractor and do not perform interior finish-out; customers are responsible for arranging their own general contractor and any work beyond the shell we provide.

Estimates & Quotes

Any prices, estimates, or configurations generated by our tools are preliminary and for planning purposes only. They are not a binding offer or a final contract. Final pricing and scope are confirmed in a written agreement, and are subject to design, engineering, site conditions, and material costs.

Use of the Services

• You agree to provide accurate information when using our tools and forms.
• You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or access them by unauthorized means.
• You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from The Barndo Bros at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, quote and project updates, and — if you opt in to marketing — occasional promotional messages.
• Message frequency. Varies based on your activity and the stage of your project.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Barndo Bros does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You may continue to receive messages already in progress for a short period while the request is processed.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 832-895-2477, or email dan@thebarndobros.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including designs, renderings, text, and branding, are owned by Barndo Bros or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Renderings and models shown on the site are illustrative concepts, not photographs of completed projects. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

Designs You Upload

Our design tool lets you upload an image or link to a design and recreate it as a conceptual barndominium shell for quoting. By uploading or linking a design, you represent and warrant that you own it or otherwise have the right to use and reproduce it, and you authorize Barndo Bros to use it to generate a conceptual design and quote. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any design you submit, and you agree to indemnify Barndo Bros against any claim arising from a design you did not have the right to use. Uploaded designs are processed to produce your concept and are not redistributed.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as social media services). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barndo Bros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
